Two JIPSI radiologists reviewing musculoskeletal scans on a lightbox

Jaipur · Est. as India's first exclusive MSK & sports radiology institute

We read the scan before
we touch the patient.

Most musculoskeletal pain is treated on a guess. Here, a sports radiologist and an interventional pain physician name the pain generator first — then treat exactly that, without surgery.

How we work

Imaging is not a report.
It is the treatment plan.

In-house diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, expert interpretation of joint and sports MRI, and image-guided intervention — performed by the same person who read the scan.

01

Clinical examination

A physical assessment first, because a scan without a clinical question produces findings, not answers.

02

In-house MSK ultrasound

Dynamic, real-time imaging in the same appointment. We watch the tissue move and load.

03

Expert MRI interpretation

Joint and sports MRI read by a dual-fellowship-trained musculoskeletal and sports radiologist.

04

Image-guided treatment

The injection goes where the ultrasound says it should. No landmark guesswork, no blind placement.

Treatments

The complete non-surgical range, under one roof

Medication, rehabilitation, interventional pain medicine and regenerative therapy. Nothing is referred out mid-treatment, because the diagnosis does not travel well.

Sports Injury Management

Acute and overuse injury across club, state and professional sport — assessment through to return-to-play clearance.

Chronic Pain Management

Interventional pain medicine for pain that has outlasted conservative care and its original diagnosis.

Patient reviews

Published on Google, reproduced in full

"I haven't frequently seen the dedication you have towards your patients. The extra effort that you put in — staying back much beyond time, taking pain to explain each and every detail involved in the work that you do, and why it is important to follow a case-specific approach to different injury."

NTNikhil TambiSports injury

"For some past couple of months, I had been suffering from a bad case of frozen shoulder. My range of motion was quite restricted and the night pain was excruciating, both of which led to a rapid deterioration of my quality of life. I tried a lot of things — physiotherapy, certain medicines, hot-cold compressions — but nothing really helped."

SGSharad GuptaFrozen shoulder

"I had very severe nerve pain at the ankle. Had gone through 3 major surgeries, but still I didn't get relief. It was since 4 years. I couldn't do any exercise, walk or stand for a longer period of time. Doing garba or dance was just impossible for me."

HRHetal RavalChronic nerve pain

"I had been suffering from chronic upper shoulder pain since December 2019. What began as a slight discomfort gradually escalated, altering my life in ways I couldn't have imagined. The pain was so frustrating and persistent that it eventually caused migraines, making daily life incredibly difficult."
