JIPSI

Jaipur Institute of Pain & Sports Injuries

See the injury. Then treat it.

Most musculoskeletal pain in India is treated without ever being properly imaged. We examine, scan and diagnose in a single visit — then treat exactly what we found, without surgery.

One visit

What actually happens when you come in

Five steps, usually inside one appointment. You leave with a named diagnosis and a plan, not a referral to somebody else.

STEP 01 Clinical examination A physical assessment comes first. A scan without a clinical question returns findings, not answers — and most people already have a folder of findings. 15–20 minutes · With the treating doctor
STEP 02 Musculoskeletal ultrasound Dynamic, real-time imaging in the same room, in the same appointment. We watch the tissue move and take load, which a static scan cannot show. Same visit · In-house
STEP 03 MRI, read by the person treating you Joint and sports MRI interpreted by a dual-fellowship-trained musculoskeletal and sports radiologist — not outsourced, not read blind. Bring prior scans · Second opinions welcome
STEP 04 Image-guided treatment Injections and interventions placed under ultrasound or C-arm guidance, at the precise structure the imaging identified. No landmark guesswork. Day case · No hospital admission
STEP 05 Rehabilitation and return A graded physiotherapy programme built against the imaging findings, through to a return-to-sport or return-to-work milestone. Weeks to months · Reviewed in clinic

Patient reviews

Published on Google

"I haven't frequently seen the dedication you have towards your patients. The extra effort that you put in — staying back much beyond time, taking pain to explain each and every detail involved in the work that you do, and why it is important to follow a case-specific approach to different injury."

NTNikhil TambiSports injury

"For some past couple of months, I had been suffering from a bad case of frozen shoulder. My range of motion was quite restricted and the night pain was excruciating, both of which led to a rapid deterioration of my quality of life. I tried physiotherapy, certain medicines, hot-cold compressions, but nothing really helped."

SGSharad GuptaFrozen shoulder

"I had very severe nerve pain at the ankle. Had gone through 3 major surgeries, but still I didn't get relief. It was since 4 years. I couldn't do any exercise, walk or stand for a longer period of time. Doing garba or dance was just impossible for me."

HRHetal RavalChronic nerve pain

"I had been suffering from chronic upper shoulder pain since December 2019. What began as a slight discomfort gradually escalated, altering my life in ways I couldn't have imagined. The pain was so frustrating and persistent that it eventually caused migraines, making daily life incredibly difficult."

Bring the scans you already have

Most people arrive with a folder of reports and no clear answer. Bring them. A second read costs less than another year of guessing.
